1) Raised TLC ( > 1 lac/cu mm)

2) Neutrophilia ( IMMATURE CELLS > MATURE CELLS)

3) Basophilia

4) Massive Splenomegaly seen

6) LAP/ NAP Score ( Leucocyte alkaline phosphatase score/ Neutrophil

alkaline phosphatase score) - DECREASED

LEUKEMOID REACTION-

1) Raised TLC ( 50,000 - 1 Lac/cu mm)

2) Neutrophilia (MATURE CELLS > IMMATURE CELLS )

3) Basophilia- NOT SEEN

4) Splenomegaly- NOT SEEN

5) seen in cases of severe infections, sepsis

6) LAP/ NAP Score- INCREASED
